Lorna Allen is a textile design graduate of the
Glasgow School of Art
and a freelance textile and fashion designer.
She specialises in contemporary interpretations of Victorian and Georgian structural garments.
Lorna's work is influenced by modern designers, including Vivienne Westwood, Emma Cook, Chloe, La Perla and Rigby & Peller.
She drew inspiration in designing her 2005 collection from floral themes (using both origami and real flowers):
